The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ US Rising Dividend Achievers Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in securities that comprise the index. The index is composed of the securities of 50 companies with a history of raising their dividends and exhibit the characteristics to continue to do so in the future ("index securities"). The index is designed to provide access to a diversified portfolio of small, mid and large capitalization income producing securities.
