The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI Pacific ex Japan Index. The fund normally invests at least 95% of its total assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities in its underlying index. It will at all times invest at least 90% of its total assets in such securities. The underlying index consists of stocks from the following four countries or regions: Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore. It may include large-, mid- or small-capitalization companies.
