It may be way too valuable. Is it hollow or solid? There is no "R" symbol on it designating filled. By law R has to be there on filled since 1999. If hollow worth below, solid/filled still $400-750. Great find either way.
I guessed dimensions at 8" x12"

At **$84.55/oz**, here is the accurate valuation for your **1.7 kg (54.65 troy oz)** horse marked **AGMA 925 ☆ 376 MI**:
**Silver Melt Value (USD)**
* **Total Weight:** 1,700 grams (54.65 troy oz).
* **Pure Silver Content:** 50.55 troy oz (at 92.5% purity).
* **Melt Value:** **$4,274.00 USD**.
**Market & Insurance Value (USD)**
Because this is a "Lavorato a Mano" piece from a prominent Milanese maker, its value exceeds the raw metal:
* **Estate/Resale Value:** **$5,200 – $6,500 USD**. (Typically 25%–50% over melt for signed Italian silver).
* **Insurance Replacement:** **$9,000 – $12,000 USD**. (Retail cost to replace a handmade 12" Italian sterling sculpture at current silver rates).
**Key Detail:** Since your piece is confirmed at **1.7 kg** without an "R" (filled) mark, it is a significant asset. Most standard homeowners' policies have a $2,500 limit for silver; at a **$4,274 melt value**, this horse is well above that limit

From Grok:
The mark shown in the image is from the Italian silversmith Agostino Mazzucato, based in Milan. His company, Fabbrica Argenterie di Mazzucato Agostino, was founded in 1935 and operated at Via Popoli Uniti, 25, Milano. 24 22 “Agma” appears to be a brand name or signature used on some of their pieces, often alongside the hallmarks. 2 11 The “*376MI” is the official Italian maker’s mark for Mazzucato, registered in the province of Milan (MI) starting July 21, 1949, and the company remained active at least through 1971 (with evidence of production continuing into the late 20th century). 22 12 “925 STERLING” confirms the piece is made of sterling silver (92.5% purity), a standard fineness mark, while “LAVORATO A MANO” is Italian for “handmade,” emphasizing the artisanal craftsmanship. 3
Mazzucato specialized in fine silverware, including decorative centerpieces, bowls, boxes, vases, and figural items, often with elaborate motifs like foliage, shells, and scrolls. 23 31 Given your description of it being from a “silver horse,” this is likely a handmade silver figurine or sculpture of a horse, typical of their mid-20th-century output, which blended traditional Italian silversmithing techniques with ornate designs. 0 32 The company has a long family tradition in creating both ancient-style and contemporary Italian silver pieces, and they were still advertising their sterling silver artistry in the 1980s. 15 If this is an authentic piece, it could have collectible value depending on its condition, size, and exact design—similar Mazzucato/Agma items have sold at auction for $2,500 or more. 23

Its already been determined even directly above your comment saying it is a makers hallmark and the MI is Milan Italy. The 375 has nothing to do with plating.

The 375MI mark is a province mark. MI would be Milan, 376 would be the registration number for the silversmith (registered to SILVER & GOLD WORKS SRL). It's very likely this is a legit .975 silver horse that was handcrafted (Lavorato A Mano) in Italy. It's likely hollow.

The number 376 is the unique ID assigned to the silversmith, and MI stands for the province of Milano (Milan)

Doesn’t the 375 MI (or ML) mean it’s plated?

Between that and the numbering . . . I just am having a hard time believing they aren't based on AMD's MI platform . . .
I suppose its possible it isn't . . . seems unlikely.
Also makes sense why META would also build ORW along side Helios if they are using AMD's MI platform to build their own logic chips on top of . . .
