combination thereof, at Chemomab Parent’s election, in each case subject to the terms and conditions of the CVR agreement"
And additionally, they submitted the S-4 confidentally to SEC to kickstart the merger process with Scipher Medicine, since they are aiming at a Q4 close for merger and these SEC reviews takes time.
Next catalyst will be the company publishing the S-4 when SEC have cleared it, and we can get the shareholder vote.
