I'm also paper trading using TZ, and its been abysmal tbh... Just today I tried putting in an order, it confirmed the order was sent, but nothing happened. I check the hot keys, try again, nothing happens. Try a couple more things and try ordering inbetween each thing, nothing happens. I check ordering two other different stocks, nothing happens. So I figure I'll just give up TZ, or at least TZ1, and then all of a sudden all the orders I've put in go through at the same time, WAY after I put them in, so obviously my (paper) trading account starts plummeting immediately, and I can't get out of the positions either... Atrocious...
I've heard that no matter the broker windows apps are better than desktop apps so I might try IBKR WTS or TZ Pro. We'll see...
