I really don’t know. Last I looked they were really struggling to get lots to build on. I think some of their outlook depends on whether the local politicians get serious about regulatory reforms to open up more land.

Keep in mind these recent margins were historically very high for them. My understanding is the margins have been coming down because of all the builder incentives they have been doing.

They are also getting squeezed on labor with the immigration crackdown. So that’s eating margins too.

I’m not sure if interest rates will really come down in the near future. The 10 year looks more likely to me to go higher than lower.

All that being said I have a bit of Sumitomo forestry. They just bought out TPH which did high end California homes.

I think companies like TPH and TOL will probably do a bit better since they cater to the high end which is less rate sensitive (and less price sensitive in general).

TPH notifies CBOE and CBOE notifies a broker.
That said, each broker does their own count. 
The original question was about having multiple accounts with different brokers where each account is below 390 but all of them combined are above.
Who will notify who in this case?
