The investment seeks to have the daily changes in percentage terms of the shares' NAV reflect the daily changes in percentage terms of a weighted average of the NAVs per share of four other commodity pools that are series of the trust and are sponsored by the sponsor: the Teucrium Corn Fund, the Teucrium Wheat Fund, the Teucrium Soybean Fund and the Teucrium Sugar Fund. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal market conditions in the publicly-traded shares of each underlying fund.
