Adding this because I think it matters. Chad Sakac, SVP of Quantum Field Engineering at IonQ, posted a few details on X after the news. The months of work with NVIDIA on their quantum center actually made the Superion 256 easier to host: it now takes less space and power, and copes better with interference and vibration. He says you rarely see that with frontier tech. Kind of the point if every supercomputer is supposed to become a quantum one.
