Can the government vote as shareholder? No they cant. They need half the countries representatives to vote on something that may or may not pass still.
Can a SWF vote as shareholder? Yes they can because they own shares of a publicly traded company. They don’t need the legislative and executive branch to pass a bill or funding package they can just vote

Yes and no. I used Sierra Charts with an add on for auto trading. Only Sierra chart knowledge was needed. The good news was that the execution worked but no strategy ever worked over the long term. I could make a strategy but couldn't find a way to filter for context.
I did use Claude to make python code for back testing. It basically confirmed what I had found with my SC autotrading. Nothing really had the edge that I thought it did over the long term. (I had something that would work for a month or so, only to get destroyed over a week.
But it did tell me that manual back testing is not free from bias. I would never trust myself to manually back test a strategy.

Ja gut. Stimmt schon, eigentlich fallen da meistens nur TR und SC. Trading 212 kenne ich auch vom Namen her, aber dann hört es bei mir auch auf. Da hast du Recht.

Letztens habe ich mal auf Finanzfluss geguckt, was denn gerade so für Depots empfohlen werden. Die Liste wurde von zig Neobrokern angeführt. Einige bekannte (TR, SC), einige für die ich ab und zu Werbung sehe (Trading212) und andere, die ich gar nicht kannte.
Bei den letzten beiden Kategorien hat mich sehr überrascht, dass die so gut abgeschnitten haben, weil ich die vom Namen her alle als dubios eingestuft hätte.
Wenn man Scalable auch nur aus Werbebannern kennt, kann ich es niemand übel nehmen, die als dubios einzustufen.

There is no mechanism for reversing a pardon, AFAIK. Once a president issues it, it’s done. It would, at minimum, be a SCOTUS level question as to whether a sitting President could revoke it, which the constitution is pretty silent on, AFAIK- and I can’t see any SC, let alone this one, granting that kind of power to a president, especially for what would be in service of prosecuting a former president.
Pardons don’t care whether you’re guilty or not. In fact, being guilty is kind of the original point- it’s a remnant of British royalty power of leniency and mercy.
HOWEVER, presidential pardons only apply to federal crimes. A president can (and in Trumps case, should) be prosecuted on the state level for criminal actions and presidential pardons don’t matter one bit if that happens.

EDGAR is already free and paying for it is dumb. My friend and I started normalizing the data \~2 years ago and decided to make it completely free through an API. We're covered by commercial licenses so everyone else can use it as a public resource how it's supposed to be.

TR gibt auch nicht überall 3% Neukundenzins. Auf der [Seite von Deutschland](https://traderepublic.com/de-de#spend) dazu kein Hinweis, nur die allseits bekannten 2,25% aktuell, wohl aber bei anderen europäischen Staaten 3% (z.T. jedoch auf 50k limitiert: z.B. Luxemburg, Portugal), auf [der Webseite für Polen](https://traderepublic.com/en-pl#spend) sinds sogar 6% aber die ham auch kein Euro...
