I don't own but am heavy invested in the industry, they should had cut the dividend long ago and followed the a plan like AY now doing just fine. I believe its being mismanaged on purpose so the parent NextEra Energy, Inc. can buy it cheep, this might be the bottom dont know. But looking like NEE is up to shady behavior reminds me of Phillips 66 \[PSX\] and what they did to the LP \[PSXP\] it really screwed over the LP investors. That said for the LP investors that came in at very low prices it turned out decent. I did buy PSXP at lows in 2020 so made money but did not want any PSX so sold after buyout.
Might work out but I would bet NEE buys it.
