This is very interesting. Thanks for drawing it to our attention. Coincidentally, PSH/PS/PSUS all have their quarterly earnings call on Thursday, Aug 13th. Hopefully he'll at least briefly touch on the vision for this. The more capital, the better at the end of the day since buying SPARs would be the only way for the general public to jump in on this as opposed to gaining exposure through his other funds. Let's hope to the gods that the UMG stake sale was the final nail in the coffin. The legal spend from Q2 suggests that they were very far along in the negotiations. I really hope it's not revisited with its recent dip in share price.

Yeah. Its current price to sales ratio is 8.4, which is greatly above its 10 year average PS ratio of 2.6.

Trades I took today as an option seller (08/10):
**Assigned Positions**
* **OUST → $43 Call (opened 07/23) assigned.** Net profit on the wheel: **49.78%**. By far my most successful wheel candidate. I was assigned at **$42.50** and, after **8 rounds of covered calls**, the shares were finally assigned away. OUST consistently offered **high put and call premiums**, allowing me to generate substantial premium income even during periods when the stock declined. This reinforces the value of targeting **high Wheel Rank stocks with strong fundamentals**.
**Closed Positions**
* **ACMR → $70 Put (opened on 08/10)**, premium 2.70 **→** closed at 0.40. Net premium profit = 2.30 (\~85% of premium captured, \~3.3% of capital).
* **TTMI → $165 Call (opened on 07/17)**, premium 6.00 **→** closed at 1.00. Net premium profit = 5.00 (\~83% of premium captured, \~2.8% of capital). I was assigned TTMI at $175.
**New Positions**
* **ACMR → $75 Put expiry 08/28 (3 weeks DTE), premium 3.95 → 395/7500 = \~5.3%.** ACMR makes semiconductor cleaning equipments for chips, focusing on wafer-cleaning. They have been doing consistently well on earnings and now Q2 26 Net Margins are at around 30%. $70-$75 is a good support region.

PS GEV OXY and NEU are about 80% of my portfolio rn. I own KHC so it can be different, do it's thing. To me, it's a $30 face value bond spitting off cash flows and I'm trying to get 20% off at 24 or under. I think the Disney deal will increase sales and act as an innovation lab as products combine with characters (Mickey Mac & cheese)...and in the long-term, when inflation subsides, pricing will be sticky and KHC will be left with more robust margins. Also, new CEO seems to be very sharp.

First post in this community and ofc it is regarded as it should be.
GTA 6 is expected to sell around 40 - 50M copies, with most of this already in the first week or two. Now this number are higher than GTA 5 performance. But even if they sell around 30M copies, it still is a great performance. Some problems i would like to point out in these estimates:
\- there are only around 130M consoles out there able to run the game
\- It’s harder to buy a console to play exactly 1 game when everything is overpriced
\- Most of these consoles are PS5, historically more connected with the Japanese game market. This is a retarded take, but i’m not sure GTA even represents something for this players. Die hard PS fans usually have other “memories” in gaming, pushed by years of exclusive ps games. This is a full 80$ game, not something you buy “just to try”.
\- Management is not releasing pre-sales numbers because they are too good (wtf)
On the other hand it is completely believable that this will be a great AAA game, in a period of scarcity for great games, so maybe this thing alone will be enough to meet estimates.
Also the point of these post, in your opinion, what is the market pricing in? The full best estimate scenario (around 50M)? Something even better? Or it is nothing of the sort?
It’s clear to me that even more important than the sales numbers, is how those will position in respect of market estimates.

Long post ahead\*
Before I start, I know that some will say right away to invest in US/Global ETFs or UCITS. Yes, I will also invest in these using IBKR/GoTrade and just DCA. But there will always be downsides such as the hefty fees and the risks on using international brokers such as the soft-ban from SEC, where I am worried that one day, my funds will be inaccessible or even like lost accounts something like that (I know it sounds silly but you can never be too sure).
So currently, I am planning to start investing in some dividend stocks (about 3-5 stocks only to maximize the power of compounding) under PSE using DragonFi. My goal is to PCA and let it compound while I am in my early 20s, building my career and making early retirement somehow doable. Starting capital is 20-25k. Initially, I considered going all-out in REITs since they were mandated to distribute 90% of their earnings but I presume that lots of companies are transitioning to work from home set-ups already and the rising trend of VA jobs, which worries me about the turnover rates. As they also say, “don’t put your egg in 1 basket that is why I considered diversifying in other sectors too. I saw that some stocks are robust and their fundamentals were still somehow intact (might be wrong though but I did some initial ‘DYOR’ already). Anyway, this now this are what I already established
\-EF which is in trad. bank (good for 6 months to a year)
\-Savings which are also in trad. bank (about the same value with EF)
\-Another savings in HYSA (diversified across diff. platforms. Considering investing some since interest rates can’t beat inflation after all. Avoided putting large amount due to security worries)
\-MP2 (did not put that much because it feels too slow, barely beating inflation)
\-Also had some liquid cash for Global/US investments (About the same amount for dividend stocks if ever, though I haven’t started yet)
Personally, I realized that MP2 is not enough because it is illiquid. I haven’t considered other investments like money market/t-bills (they require a certain threshold before you can be eligible), bonds, mutual funds (based on forums, I think I’ll pass), cooperatives etc. Some were low-risk but rates were also lower. In terms of insurance, I haven’t applied for any yet.
**Here are the concerns/questions that I want to consult:**
1. Should I still just continue fully US/global?
2. Is doing the laddering strategy on MP2 will yield better returns than doing PCA in dividend stocks over the years? Should I add more on this?
3. If you are going to recommend investing in some dividend stocks, should I still consider waiting for dips? Or just consistently PCA since I am after the dividends? Also, if you can suggest some stocks that are worth holding for a long term, it is much appreciated.
4. I just knew recently about trust funds/feeder funds offered by DragonFi like the Atram and heard that it gives monthly dividends (I have not done some research about these yet) and do you think investing in these feeder funds consistently are way better than stocks?
