I couldn’t find many public equities to gain access to the growing industrial complex behind fighting americas wildfires. PRM is another. BAER has looked promising in the past. The thesis remains. The scooper system is remarkably effective. From my experience on the fire line it is refreshing getting scoopers with their quick turnaround working your division. But this price got me shook!

Lol, your friend and thousand others did the same thing. I mean these kind of apps CRM, SRM , PRM, every bs ...RM in general are done in school for the thesis projects but no one and absolutely no one are buying them. Why? Because you need predictability and support in your business and this is provided by servicenow, salesforce, workday....whatever and you can hire people trained in them. Are they shit? Well yeah...you open SAP and want to off yourself but that doesnt mean that SAP will not dominate the sh*t of the business world.

Actually, almost all preferreds are selling way below the $25 face value so now is an excellent timing. JPM PRM is selling for $16 right now for a coupon of 4.2%, that's a yield of 6.6% plus tax advantage. TMUSL 6.25% is selling for 20.75, yielding 7.5% though it is regular income.
