Checking in! Sold MSOS $4 puts yesterday with a November strike. Luckly I sold all the calls I had that expire in January a few weeks ago. Looking to reload a longer expiration.

My guess yesterday is $4.35 support zone on MSOS.  I think we chop around here and consolidate before moving back up.  Baring any headlines.

Just bought MSOS back at 4.50 premarket after my all my 5$ calls i sold got called, think ill be able to rank up premium selling calls again because we’re probably going back to 4$ range right? Anyone else following the trends and think MSOS will fall more? I just got back in so I don’t know any catalysts upcoming.

MSOS isn't actively managed like most funds, and in fact, a lot of people have been questioning the rationally of their stock purchases over the years, case in point:
We had a sizeable $13M redemption today(outflow), which made the ETF sell several of the names...
Yet somehow they still bought trash, AAWH today.

Even in days like this, with money clearly flowing out, they still buy more garbage.

Lost a bunch of money on MSOS today and got reorg’d at work into some absolute bullshit. Guess I’ll boof some Tylenol.

I sold my $5 MSOS puts yesterday for 15% and saved myself 2-3k in gains!

So GTBIF was the weakest among the T1s on the way up, and falls harder than the rest of the T1s on the way down. Makes sense I guess.
Let me guess, MSOS bought CURLF today which is why it performed so well relative to everything else.

Never imagined a day when minus six percent would be considered "pretty unaffected".
Yes, this two week stay is bad news...but 13% bad news for MSOS or 16% for Trulieve?
Seems rather severe for what amounts to a delay on something we were not even sure of the timeline.

$4.6 support failed to hold, meaning bullish momentum failed to hold, we are now due to a bearish reversal for a short time, or longer depending on what happens to S3 by mid October.
Outflows on MSOS still have to hit the tape, further bringing the sector down along with it. Trulieve's dump alone today is already saying everything here, remember that the ETF will have to sell it to handle the money flowing out + they have to buy more garbage tickers, for some stupid reason.
There's also the fact that volume in the previous days were drying up which was giving us the usual slow bleed down on almost every US ticker, after today's this sell off is done, sector should resume it's bleed down further until mid October since there are no other catalysts that matters in-between.
In fact, I can see MSOS hitting $4.2 even earlier than Friday. It's a falling knife, almost exactly the same thing happened back in December and after 2024 elections.
If all of this, by some reason, bothers you, you can just hide my posts and move on.

I'm long MSOS, and certainly not selling today...
But sheesh! This sector just can't seem to catch a break. The DEA definition of S3 is:
"A Schedule 3 substance is a drug or chemical with a currently accepted medical use and a moderate-to-low risk of physical dependence, but a potential for moderate-to-high psychological dependence."
Seems like cannabis in this category is a no-brainer. Probably why HHS recommended so very long ago.
One wonders how ketamine and codeine can be considered S3 but cannabis isn't.
The reschedule process stopped making sense long ago, but how difficult must the government make this?
This insanity is absolutely stretching my WTF limits. I didn't think it was possible for this to get more fucked up; yet here we are today.

MSOS never got delisted after it was reviewed. I think once you’re on the exchange they kinda let you stay unless you fuck up reallly really bad. Would erode trust in the exchanges

Predictions on how low we go, and when the turn around begins? Think MSOS will go all the way back down to $4?
Unloaded 2500 shares of trul for $11.5 last night. Even if trul being on NYSE spares it from a truly massive dump, I expect there will be good deals available on the otc names until this stay gets resolved. Which I'm sure it will, expeditiously 😆
