**Company:** SafeSpace Global
**Current price:** \~$0.08
**Market cap:** \~$16M
**Type:** OTC microcap / applied AI
**SafeSpace Global (SSGC)** is an multi-modal AI security company. They use AI with existing camera systems to detect things like weapons, falls, and other safety threats, then alert people/responders. They're targeting senior living, schools, behavioral health, corrections, etc. With partnerships like BMRT and 911inform, the goal is to detect threats earlier and get verified incidents into an actual response system.
I've been following this one for a while and at \~$0.08 I think it's an interesting opportunity as the actual business is starting to commercialize and generate revenue.
A few things that stand out:
* They already have senior living deployments and are expanding those relationships.
* They completed their first K-12 installation.
* The Antidote Health Ventures relationship just moved from an MSA to an actual paid deployment, with a 60-month initial term.
* They integrated with 911inform, which gives the detection system an actual emergency-response component instead of just generating another alert on a screen.
* They're now targeting multiple verticals instead of relying entirely on senior living.
* They also recently secured up to \~$11M in financing capacity, which gives them capital to actually try to scale this.
* They've also been working on government relationships/funding programs that could help customers pay for the technology.
**Business Model**
They're essentially putting software/AI on top of camera infrastructure that facilities already have. If they can get customers paying monthly recurring fees based on the number of cameras, the revenue potential gets interesting quickly.
At roughly a $16M market cap, if they can get to even $5-10M+ in recurring revenue and demonstrate that the model scales, I think the valuation conversation looks completely different.
And there are potentially some pretty large markets here with senior living, K-12, behavioral health, corrections, etc.
The biggest risk is dilution. They have \~191M shares outstanding already and just opened up to $10M of equity financing capacity.
They're also still losing money, are OTC, and have a lot to prove from an execution standpoint.
If the next 4-6 quarters show meaningful revenue growth, more facilities, more cameras, and actual recurring revenue, I don't think the current valuation makes much sense.
SSGC has shown before how quickly it can move when buying interest moves in as last year it went from roughly $0.28 to $1.32 in about a month.
We should get the upcoming 10-K in the next couple weeks, which should give us a much better look at where the business actually stands financially. I think the stock could get re-rated pretty quickly if they show meaningful revenue growth.
