No. VOO and SPYM are both S&P 500 index funds that have the same stocks in the same percentages and virtually identical performance. SPYM has a slightly lower expense ratio (0.02%) than VOO (0.03%). There is no reason to have both SPYM and VOO, and you already identified the lower expense ratio S&P 500 index ETF (SPYM). Understand what you are investing in, don’t be a cow and follow the reddit herd just because they keep saying MOO MOO MOO, I mean VOO VOO VOO.
