Hey guys, if you missed it, the court finally approved the $5.75 million settlement between Lannett and its investors over the price-fixing issues they had a few years ago. Here’s a quick recap.
In 2017, Lannett was accused of engaging in a multi-year price-fixing scheme for generic drugs like Digoxin, Doxycycline Monohydrate and Ursodiol. Investigations revealed coordinated price hikes, market-share allocation, and undisclosed antitrust risks. After this became public, $LCI dropped 14%, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.
The good news is that the company recently agreed to settle $5.75M with them, and the court already approved this settlement.
So, if you invested in $LCI when all of this happened, you can check the details and file your claim [here](https://11th.com/cases/lannett-investor-settlement).
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $LCI at that time? How much were your losses, if so?
