Well it depends does it , on you yourself and on the companies whether it gets better or not over time. I held on to JBT for >8 years. But JBT was rare in that it got better and betters but smaller companies tend to be more brittle than bigger companies (case in point: most small companies don’t survive past 5 years).
So I would say hold as long as possible, as long as the company is moving in the right direction.
