The sanctions changes were fake news.
OFAC today delisted one Iraqi carrier, Fly Baghdad Airlines, and its two aircraft. The owner stayed sanctioned, OFAC re-anchored his listing directly to the IRGC-Quds Force.
This ran under E.O. 13224 (counter-terrorism). Iranian oil, petrochemicals and gas sit under E.O. 13846 and the ITSR, untouched. The June license (GL X) was revoked July 7 and has not returned.

I said in another comment of mine that if no buybacks happen in Sept. when the pricing for this recent dilution finalizes, Cohen is absolutely not for his shareholders and holds allegiances elsewhere. We all own our right to change our minds.
