Hello! Nuvali resident 11 years now and property specialist from Ayala Land Premier, and among these 3 communities (Ayala Greenfield Estates, ALP Nuvali (Abrio, Arcilo, Enara, etc), and Westgrove) there isn't a "better" option, it's more on how they're positioned and which matters to you the most, if it's proximity to expressways, views, elevation, exclusivity, etc. I'll give a breakdown of each.

Ayala Greenfield Estates - This community is positioned as a "Rich Man's Enclave". It is a community spanning 350-hectares. The community is mostly comprised of serious golfers, high-net worth retirees, and weekenders. You can only get a golf share/playing right if you have a property, you CANNOT buy a share/right without a property. The advantages of this community is that it's the only Ayala community in the south with their own allocated championship golf course that's why it holds its value well. Also views & elevation-wise, it's unmatched. You will not find an Ayala community with a better view than Ayala Greenfield Estates, it's at the foot of Makiling. The concerns I've received from my clients are the lack of commercial area and traffic. Yes, we do agree as well that the commercial area has been pushed back but we've had a discussion that we have allocated 20-hectares for an Ayala Malls just right outside of the community, but no definite timeline yet. I have a friends who live in AGE and what they would usually do is travel to Nuvali which 20-30 minutes away, and there are also nearby smaller-scale commercial areas such Olivarez Plaza. As for the traffic, we have done our groundbreaking already regarding the opening of an exclusive exit to Ayala Greenfield, so it should start in the next few years. But for the meantime, we acknowledge that it does get traffic when passing through the Turbina exit.
ALP Nuvali - Nuvali is the flagship and largest estate of Ayala not only in the South but in the entire country. It spans at 2,400 hectares, and is composed of many individual communities and still expanding, it's so large in size that it encompasses three cities of Laguna which is Santa Rosa, Cabuyao and Calamba. Just to give you a reference, the whole city of Makati is 2,700 hectares, Nuvali is just 300 hectares smaller than an entire city. Going back, Nuvali is the most complete estate. Malls? You have Solenad 1, 2 and 3, and upcoming 150,000 GFA new wing. And not to mention the SM Nuvali 5-minutes away, plus Vistamall Sta Rosa, 3 mins away. Groceries? You have Landmark, Robinsons, S&R, Landers and upcoming Merry Mart. Schools? Xavier School, Miriam, Everest International, a few minutes away you have De La Salle University Manila - Laguna Campus, St. Scholastica's Westgrove, Caritas Don Bosco, Beacon Academy, etc. Nuvali also has the most Ayala Land Premier horizontal communities than anywhere in the country, we currently have 11. With 9 of those communities being sold out in our inventory. The downside of this community, is it is very car-centric, not that Ayala is not working on the mobility of getting around, it's just designed that way to maintain the cleanliness and image. Wide roads, big trees, many security checkpoints, no public vehicles allowed in the estate, these are things that make the community car-centric. Comparing this to AGE, AGE has superior views, though some of the ALP communities such as the upcoming Enara also have beautiful views.
Westgrove - Westgrove like AGE is an individual community, it spans 400-hectares, slightly larger than AGE. Westgrove is beautiful community as well, what I appreciate with the community is that it's an established community with rolling terrains. Their amenities are also world-class. They have two separate amenity centers, one in the clubhouse which is older then a newer one in the Sports Center where you will find their tennis, badminton, covered basketball court, swimming pool, etc. Westgrove does have beautiful views as well depending on which part you are in the community since it is located at a mountain so you have beautiful drops and elevation. Another plus for Westgrove is that it is near the CALAX expressway which increases the accessibility. You also have South Forbes golf course just outside of Westgrove. Though what I would say Westgrove's weakness is the surrounding area isn't the most desirable, you have barangay Inchican which can get noisy and rowdy at times. And the nearest commercial area is not as complete which is Westborough, you have the basic coffee shop which is Coffee Bean, Marketplace for groceries and Anytime Fitness. There are also a few restaurants right outside of Westgrove. If you don't mind driving 10-15 minutes to Nuvali then this shouldn't be an issue.

My father and I are vloggers of Ayala Estates especially in the South, we have some videos that may bring clarity to you and help you decide better!
