I bought into BMY middle of last year \~$41, and sold some late in the year \~$60. Currently paying >4% div. Also: PFE, other global pharma like RHHBY, NVS.
I bought KRC around the same time for \~$32, currently \~39, \~>5% div. I like ARE and BXP similar to KRC, science office spaces isn't as vulnerable to WFH office space trend. GBLD is a good way to get them in an ETF package.
I also like TRMD, Bought more at $20, don't expect it to keep up the current dividend north of 20% but has been a >5% div performer in the past for me. Don't expect it to outperform S&P. Also: PCFBY, ZIM and a handful of smaller shipping firms. BOAT is a good ETF way to get similar exposure.
Other big div bets I'm making include WBA, NSRGY, NFE, KHC, NTR, RIO, VZ, WDS, although none I expect to outperform S&P over the next year.
