The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Value Line® 100 Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks that comprise the index. The index is an equal-dollar weighted index that is designed to objectively identify and select 100 stocks from the universe of stocks to which Value Line assigns a #1 ranking in the Value Line Timeliness Ranking System.
