lol it’s been nothing but losses and downward price movement for 5 years. I don’t think any outside actors need to post FUD

"only to then announce during the 35 day VWAP period that the EBAY deal is beeing withdrawn and that instead a partnership is aspired,"
This has not occurred in fact, please get your facts straight before coming with negativity. This is rumored from a Bloomberg article "according to sources close to the matter"
So GME and RC haven't announced anything. Stop spreading FUD.

This is FUD. No dilution has been approved. Only the total shares authorized has been increased. Yes, this allows the company to dilute but having way more shares authorized than outstanding is a normal process. Alphabet, for instance, has 300 billion shares authorized with a TSO of only 12.23 billion shares. Following your logic the shares price should have been dropping the last years ...

If its FUD why didnt RC or Gamestop come out to say its wrong. No statement from them means there is truth to the statement.

At some point, if not already now that there will be a need for military data centers. Solving engineering for it seems inevitable rather than impossible.
1. **Power Generation:** Highly feasible. $150\\text{ kW}$ peak power requires $600\\text{ m}\^2$ of solar array at $250\\text{ W/m}\^2$. A 70m wingspan easily fits this, requiring only $\\sim18.3\\%$ efficiency in LEO.
2. **Thermal Dissipation:** Highly feasible. A $110\\text{ m}\^2$ double-sided radiator at $1400\\text{ W/m}\^2$ rejects $154\\text{ kW}$ of heat. Using Stefan-Boltzmann, surface temp is $69\^{\\circ}\\text{C}$, safely below AI chip limits.
3. **Mass & Launch:** Plausible but aggressive. At $70\\text{ kW/ton}$, the $150\\text{ kW}$ satellite weighs $\\approx 2.14\\text{ tons}$. This requires ultra-light materials but allows Starship to launch 45-70 units per flight.
The slide image and YT transcript in [here](https://share.gemini.google/Koyx6wFVk5nU) for those who want to ask it questions. I won't enter Space X at the current price point. So if you guys can keep the FUD going so it does hit a price that makes more sense.

What is hysterical is you pretending your not here to spread FUD. Your inability to affect me or spread bullshit is also pretty entertaining.
Keep wasting your time.

>There is a lot of FUD and shilling around the offer withdrawal meaning RC isn’t going after eBay. Which all just seems like a lot of knee jerk reactions, and shills preying off of those vulnerable moments of confusion.
huh? did you miss the part where it says "Cohen is considering proposing a partnership or joint venture" - that's not ownership, that's not "fud", and that's not a knee jerk reaction. it's literally in the article. that's the new deal right now - there is no mention of withdrawing the bid for another. ignore it if you like if it comforts you to believe everything you don't like is a trojan horse 3d chess move, but there is no evidence that any 3d chess moves have ever been played along the entire storyline. sometimes deals just don't work out.

People attack you because you have no valid thesis for why GPS will fail as it relates to the trial information. So you’re just spreading misinformed FUD. Saying “lies” is an irrelevant argument because that applies to literally every company ever.

Usually he makes a video saying the news is FUD first, so I am expecting that one to come out tonight. Then once it's verified by other sources and GameStop officially withdraws the offer, he will make a video laying how great it is for GameStop.
Same thing happened when it was leaked that GameStop was cutting employee benefits and closing distribution centers.

Title pretty sums it up. If GameStop is going to put together an offer involving private equity… wouldn’t it make sense that they would withdraw the original offer?
There is a lot of FUD and shilling around the offer withdrawal meaning RC isn’t going after eBay. Which all just seems like a lot of knee jerk reactions, and shills preying off of those vulnerable moments of confusion.
But think about it for a moment, and let the facts process. How long ago did RC do his round of interviews where he talked about putting together a new offer which included $500 million of his own money? So we know a new deal is coming. The old offer was already refused. It is obviously going to come off the table before a new one is presented.
So relax.. don’t let the shills, or the FUD get under your Zen Ape hides. You know what to do…

Is there a possibility a lot of the accounts on X are FUD bots from our adversaries where even Elon doesn't care because all it does it set up Trump to look even smarter when Iran announces a surrender?
What if we really are whooping their butts which is the only way I can explain why the market is still rising despite all this news. Maybe it's all just redirects and psy ops with the news, while we REALLY do have control of the strait. Are those videos posted on X ACTUALLY legit? They could be fake news, after all.
CPI comes in low Wednesday. Straight is declared open. We restart the conversations about rate cuts, which is why gold and silver are rebounding. Gold and silver are the canaries in the coal mine.
My crazy 2 cents. But in this market, to be a winner, you have to trade a little crazy. The obvious plays don't work. The obvious play is: "There will be high inflation!"

It’s the standard cycle of "clearly bearish news is FUD"—> "clearly bearish news is actually bullish". The former is just the easier response, the latter takes a while for them to agree on an interpretation. And in a few weeks, nobody will be talking about eBay at all any more.
