The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the ISE ChIndiaTM Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in securities that comprise the index. The index is a modified market capitalization weighted of 50 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") and/or stocks selected from a universe of all listed ADRs, ADSs and/or stocks of companies from China and India currently trading on U.S. exchanges. It is non-diversified.
