I live in a very affluent neighborhood NYC/LI area. Majority of us are business owners - GC’s, fashion cosmetic dentist with 4 clinics, PT with 10 clinics, window blinds (80+ stores NYC), named corporate attorneys, etc. The only W2 physician is a neurosurgeon in my neighborhood.
Answer your question, I opened a FM practice. Either build a cash practice that’s in high demand or build a niche cash practice. Cosmetic/plastic/derm/etc. Niche is harder to build and scale but that’s what I did.
Mastering the skill how to systemize and delegate is key, 99% of people don’t know how to do that. Majority of small business owners don’t have a business, they created a job. And they don’t have a SOP manual, it’s all in their head and every staff member is winging it. Run your practice like a franchise, every position needs a SOP manual with every duty spelt out. Delegate everything out. Scale vertically and horizontally.
Eventually you’ll max out depending on your type of practice. Extra money goes into funding to open different businesses. I went into resi RE and CRE. Scaled that which is a considerable portion of my wealth. Have several recession proof businesses and other businesses that I built and sold over the decades. Currently retired.

Only because you didn't fall for Lucid or Fisker!
Rivian did not fix its quality problems. It made a car that I would pay cash for on paper in the R2, but in the real world the quality is awful and they left off some pretty basic features I like (like a SiriusXM/FM/AM antenna, for example).
Lucid made a minivan and tried to pretend it was an SUV.
Fisker was just managed into the ground and had quality issues.
I hate Elon, but every other upstart can't stop fumbling.
