My normal recommendations are PHK, IDVO, and FLJH. You’ll see price appreciation on the last two names in addition to the dividend.
PHK is a closed end fixed income fund, which pays out all of the proceeds to the investors. It is expected to have a relatively static price, but pays an annual dividend of \~12% on a monthly basis. It’s a good idea if you reinvest the dividends and want to grow income, at 12% the dividend payment will double every \~6.5 years when reinvested.
The morningstar ratings on all 3 of these are 4 or 5 stars.
