FLLA gives you a lot of Brazil, a chunk of Mexico, and a smattering of the rest of Latin America. It has a ER of just 18 bps (check me). This is lower than FLBR.

I think you need some international expsosure - VEA perhaps, I also like FLBR (Brazil) at about 5 percent of my investment portfolio.
