The S&P 500 flagship index did not due to its profitability requirement (4 quarters of profit including the most recent). This includes the S&P Total Market adding the 400 and 600 flagships (basically SPDRs SPTM).
The other actual broad indices already had about 5 days before buying an IPO, even a “biggie”, but some modified their minimum float requirement. In the US, these are CRSP, the Russell 1000, and the S&P “Dow Jones Large” (SCHX), their completion index (the TM plus various IPOs and ascensions awaiting inclusion into the S&P 500, -400, and -600 total market above), etc..
Global including the U.S. is FTSE (basically VT) and after 10 days, .. MSCI’s ACWI indexes. Seems not to be added to the latter’s US or global screened indexes (quality, value \[lol\], ESG, .. though maybe low carbon). Just to be complete MSCI added it to their communications sector under alternative carrier (Fidelity’s FCOM ETF).
