The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P SmallCap 600® Equal Weight Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is an equal-weighted version of the S&P SmallCap 600® Index. The index provider compiles, maintains and calculates the underlying index, which consists of U.S. common equities listed on the NYSE, and also may include equity interests in real estate investment trusts ("REITs") and business development companies ("BDCs"). The fund is non-diversified.
