Yes.
I have my core 75% Portfolio in the Canadian Equivalent of VTI, VEU and EWC as my core positions with a 5% gold stake. I play with about 20% and 10% is in cash for major market shifts. I have enough freedom to have some fun and never changing my core strategy. Helps me with the urge to fiddle but with way smaller amounts of capital.
