All the moral outrage screaming aside, whatever happens to the ETF is voted on by the ETF provider’s board of directors. You have no say in the matter. Just putting some information here because I did a heck lot of research after getting frozen during my short position paying sky high fees.
I am short ERUS btw, it will be advantageous for me if they just terminated the ETF.
