The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Russell 2000® Equal Weight Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the component securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure the performance of approximately 2,000 equally-weighted securities of mid- and small-cap U.S. companies.
