I am not sure what you mean by "Top step does not have it". NKD (full size, dollar denominated Nikkei futures you said you traded) are listed on the CME as are MNK. Are you trading Yen denominated MIY futures? The mini for those is ENY. Once again, both traded on the CME.
Regardless of whether you are looking at NKD/MNK/MIY/ENY, the prices of the normal and mini contracts are exactly the same, they move exactly the same. Huge movement on all today +2.6%.
