Hey guys, so I posted about this settlement already, but in case you missed it, I just found out that they are accepting late claims, and you can still file to get payment even if the deadline has passed.
For newbies, back in 2021, Eros was accused of using deals with connected companies to create fake payments that they reported in the company’s financial statements. When this news came out, EMWP dropped and investors filed a claim against them.
