any sector based ETF that's not tech. healthcare, consumer stocks, industrials, etc.
INFL or RLY are heavy on industrials, energy, real estate and other non-tech sectors.
US small/mid cap ETFs and international ETFs are also less tech dominated. IJR for US small cap is only 15% tech, and EELV for emerging markets is under 1% t4ech.
