If you already have VXUS that includes decent Asian exposure already. Japan is about 5-6% and China around 3% of VXUS. Adding a single-country ETF on top is really a concentrated bet on that specific market. If you still want it, Japan (EWJ or DXJF for hedged) has probably the best risk/return profile of those three right now. India is expensive and China has regulatory risk that is hard to price.
