My Binance account has been restricted for almost **3 months**, and I'm hoping someone from Binance Support/Compliance can help me understand what is still pending.
I've been using my Binance account for approximately **4 years** and have maintained it properly throughout that time.
The restriction happened immediately after one of my customers sent approximately **$3,000** to my Binance wallet as payment for a legitimate transaction.
The customer is known to me, and I was able to provide Binance with the supporting documentation they requested, including:
* Invoice
* Customer details
* Transaction/payment explanation
* Video consent statement
* Additional supporting information
I have fully cooperated with the review and have no issue providing anything else Binance requires.
The problem is the timeline.
Initially, I was told to wait **7 days**.
Then I was told **14 days**.
Then **30 days**.
It has now been approximately **3 months**, and I'm still receiving responses asking me to wait patiently while the review is ongoing.
There is another detail I have also disclosed to Binance.
After my account was already restricted, **two existing customers independently sent payments to the same Binance wallet** because I had not yet informed them that the account was restricted. They were customers who had previously used the same payment method and simply followed the normal payment process.
These were not attempts to bypass the restriction. I have also been transparent about these transactions and am willing to provide the relevant invoices and customer information.
I completely understand that Binance has AML, fraud prevention and compliance obligations. I'm not asking Binance to bypass its procedures.
I'm simply asking for a **clear and realistic resolution path**.
At this point, I would really appreciate if someone from the relevant Binance Compliance/Support team could look into my case and let me know:
1. What is the current status of the review?
2. Has all the documentation I submitted been reviewed?
3. Is there any specific information/document still missing from my side?
4. Are the subsequent customer payments affecting the review?
5. Can this case be escalated to the appropriate Compliance/AML team?
6. If the review is still ongoing, can I at least understand what is causing the extended delay?
I'm posting this publicly because the normal support process has unfortunately resulted in the same "please wait patiently" response for almost three months.
**I'm not looking for special treatment. I just want the case properly reviewed and resolved.**
If a Binance representative sees this, I'm happy to provide my case/ticket reference through Reddit DM or the official Binance support channel.

You're right regarding OCF, it's quite interesting to look at though. A few things:
- For PAT, a decent part is coming from other income since they have a large cash pile earning interest. So PAT can look fine even when OCF isn't growing much imo
- The other thing is working capital. It might look concerning but management said they intentionally keep 10-20% extra inventory to handle sudden demand. And as steel price is up and defence orders increasing as WIP some of the cash getting stuck in inventory is understandable. I'd be more concerned if receivables start stretching tbh
- fy26 was definitely a flat (PAT went from 404 Cr to 415 Cr) and revenue was mostly flat. So I wouldn't say the business has been growing for a long time. But yeah.. q1 fy27 was their best quarter (PAT, Income and volume were up)
- Wouldn't annualise Q1 though like the management expects Q2 to be similar, but H1 is only 40-45% of the full year and H2 is more dependent on the monsoon.
- Also the major problem which the management is highlight for them is inflation would like to see how they tackle this, but they said competition is not an issue for them, thats positive.
For a 5-7 yr view I think its a good hold. Management said acquisitions is what will drive growth over the next 1-2 yrs also they'll give some outlook near sept so keep a track of these too

I’m considering taking a **Wealth Management / Financial Planning plan from Finnovate Investment Advisers** and wanted to get opinions from people who have actually used them or know the firm.
I’m not looking for fund recommendations from Reddit. I mainly want to know whether their **advisory service itself adds enough value to justify the fee**.
# What they are offering
They are a **SEBI-registered RIA** (registration no. INA100013518) and the plan costs:
**₹30,000 + 18% GST annually** for AUA below ₹50 lakh.
They said the plan includes:
* Risk profiling
* Goal planning
* Cash-flow analysis
* Risk management
* Loan management
* Asset allocation
* Custom portfolio construction
* Review of existing mutual funds/portfolio
* Review of insurance policies
* Investment Policy Statement (IPS)
* Research-based recommendations
* Portfolio monitoring and tracking
* Rebalancing advice
* Periodic reviews
* Monthly portfolio reports
* Ongoing support / hand-holding
* Senior advisor involvement
They would also help me determine things like:
* How much I should save/invest
* Whether my goals can realistically be achieved in 5, 7, 10+ years
* How much I need to cut from expenses
* Planning for major purchases such as a car/house
* Long-term wealth creation
They said I will receive a **written financial plan**.
# Investment approach
The advisor I spoke to was primarily recommending **Direct Mutual Funds**.
She said they don't take my bank/account credentials and that I approve and execute investments myself.
She also said that if the market goes through a major downturn, their team will proactively contact me and advise on rebalancing/changes.
When I asked about expected returns, she mentioned **12–15% "in general"**, and potentially higher for an aggressive portfolio. She did not guarantee these returns.
# Refund / exit
She told me that if I don't like their service after the first month or two, the amount paid would be refunded. I haven't yet received the exact refund terms in writing.
She also said the plan is essentially an annual engagement and that clients can stop after 1–3 years once they become comfortable managing their finances themselves.
# My questions
1. Has anyone here actually used **Finnovate Investment Advisers**? What was your experience?
2. Was the financial plan genuinely personalized or mostly a standard template?
3. Did their recommendations add meaningful value beyond what you could do yourself with Direct Mutual Funds?
4. How good was their ongoing monitoring/rebalancing?
5. Were they transparent about conflicts of interest, especially since their disclosures also mention **AMFI distribution and IRDAI corporate agency**?
6. Was ₹30k + GST/year reasonable for the value you received?
7. Would you take this plan if you were in my position, or would you use a fee-only/SEBI RIA elsewhere?
I'm particularly interested in **actual client experiences**, both positive and negative. Please don't DM me with investment product sales pitches.
