Sounds less like a bad campaign and more like the wrong channel. Nobody wakes up and googles "display stands." When a brand needs one they call whoever made the last one. So you're not fighting for attention, you're fighting to be on a list that's outbound, not ads.
Two things I'd do:

Go find your competitors' customers. ImportYeti is free and it's US customs bill of lading data. Type in a competing factory's name and you get every US company that's imported from them, what shipped, how often. You can search by HS code too. That's a list of companies who already buy display stands and already import from overseas. No convincing needed, they just need a reason to try someone new.
And stop chasing brands, chase the middlemen. POP display distributors, shopfitters, print and packaging brokers. They already have the brand relationships and they reorder constantly. One good distributor beats fifty one-off brand orders.
Last thing your pitch probably sounds like everyone else's. "High quality, competitive price" is what all 400 of your competitors are saying. Lead with what actually stalls a buyer: MOQ, tooling cost, how fast a sample ships, landed cost DDP. Best cold email I've seen in this space attached a free 3D render of the prospect's own product sitting on the stand. Hard to ignore.
