The investment seeks to provide a competitive level of current income exempt from federal income tax, while preserving capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in debt securities whose interest is, in the opinion of bond counsel for the issuer at the time of issuance, exempt from U.S. federal income tax ("Municipal Bonds"). Municipal Bonds in which the fund may invest include, without limitation, one or more of the following: general obligation bonds; revenue bonds; discount bonds; premium bonds; zero coupon bonds; and private activity bonds. The fund is non-diversified.
