Assuming you are not using margin and they are cash secured puts (CSH). The annualized ROI is 10.4% for INTU and 5.8% for MSTR. You can add an extra 3% to them if the collateral is also collecting interest.
Just make sure you are ok with 9% and 13% annualized return.
