They shared a bunch of documents with me. I asked codex to check them. Here's what it said -
* **No underlying assets:** There are no farm addenda, lease deeds, land identifiers, crop budgets, purchase orders or proof that any crop exists.
* **No proven escrow or insurance:** ICICI Bank, Kshema Insurance and MITCON Credentia logos appear in the marketing memo, but there is no signed escrow agreement, trustee appointment letter or insurance policy. MITCON and Kshema are genuine regulated entities—this does not prove their participation in this specific scheme. [SEBI trustee record](https://sebi.gov.in/sebiweb/other/OtherAction.do?doRecognisedFpi=yes&intmId=6) · [IRDAI insurer list](https://irdai.gov.in/list-of-general-insurers)
* **Exit terms conflict:** The spreadsheet promises withdrawal after six months with `T+2` settlement. The consent letter says exit depends on available liquidity from harvest cycles. The latter means repayment is not guaranteed on demand.
* **Extremely broad authorization:** Signing lets designated partners vote, amend agreements, replace Agri Delight, sign documents and arrange your retirement on your behalf—sometimes at their sole discretion.
**Additional Red Flags**
* Agri Delight is operated through Joon Food & Beverages Limited. **Mohit Joon is associated with both Joon Food & Beverages and Krasha**, making the supposed third-party operator a related party requiring prominent conflict disclosure. [Joon company record](https://www.thecompanycheck.com/company/joon-food-beverages-limited/U15549HR2020PLC086508) · [Krasha company record](https://www.thecompanycheck.com/company/krasha-financial-services-private-limited/U66190DL2023PTC422319)
* The packet says Agri Delight has operated since 2011, while Joon Food & Beverages was incorporated in 2020. A predecessor business might explain this, but none is documented.
* Krasha’s corporate deck copies substantial institutional language from **KKR and Apollo**, presenting it as Krasha’s own positioning—including KKR’s “Who We Serve” text and Apollo’s purpose and values. This is a serious credibility problem. [KKR original](https://www.kkr.com/) · [Apollo original](https://www.apollo.com/aboutus)
* The structure has several characteristics SEBI uses when identifying a possible **collective investment scheme**: pooled contributions, expected profits, centralized management and no practical day-to-day investor control. That does not automatically prove illegality, but it requires a written securities-law opinion before proceeding. [Section 11AA](https://www.indiacode.nic.in/show-data?actid=AC_CEN_2_11_00014_199215_1517807319932&orderno=14)
* The “tax-free” claim is not supported by an independent tax opinion. A predetermined yield routed through an unsecured partner loan and labelled alternately as interest and advance profits should be reviewed by an independent CA.
**TL;DR:** These documents reveal that most of your money would be an unsecured loan to an unnamed LLP, while the promised protections exist only as unsigned drafts. Conflicting repayment terms, unproven partner logos, related-party overlap and copied corporate materials make the risk unacceptable. Do not sign or transfer funds in the current state.
