I think it's okay to let the interest rate float annually im the near term. Ang problem lang e baka they let it reprice annually pero kinapalan naman yung credit spread sayo. So if I were in your shoes, I would find out how much your credit spread was on inception of the loan. And then if you have been diligent naman with your loan obligations, you insist na same spread over 1yr BVAL dapat yang interest rate mo. Or for you to check, use that spread and add to 1yr BVAL para you have an idea how much expensive they are pricing your loan over market.
