It's like you don't understand what I'm saying.
Everyone knows the call caps your upside.
The point is it's supposed to soften the downside.
And BTCI doesn't operate a 100% covered call. They leave a law or most of the assets uncovered so that they can participate in the upside.
Look how spyi and qqi perform during their down moves. And then compared with btci and how it's performed during its down move. Now the dam moves are different of course and not one to one. The point is the Delta in the move between Bitcoin itself and btci doesn't make sense unless this fund operates in a materially different way than those ones and it's actually eroding the nav rather than just distributing the gains from the calls
I'm not trying to defend BTCR. I'm trying to understand why it's behaving this way while the other covered call funds from neos behave another way
