Yes, you can transfer your wine bottles to your private account—I’ve done this myself and this is your only legal right. However, you’ll likely find that a large portion of your portfolio (i.e., bottles) doesn't actually exist—Oeno never purchased them. In my case, about one-third of the monetary value of my portfolio was missing. I was reimbursed for half of that amount, and the other half was exchanged for bottles of similar value. I transferred the bottles to Berry Bros & Rudd and have been trying to sell them on their BBX platform. I’ve managed to sell some, while others have received bids well below my original purchase price.

Ultimately, I will end up with a loss, but at least I no longer have to deal with Oeno. They are compulsive liars and scammers. To make matters worse, Trustpilot has removed all my reviews about them, something that has also happened to many other investors I've spoken with.
