I will make comment on your holdings and please do not be mad at me. You may be right on with these and make good $$$. NTFX - I worry about no moat and only one revenue stream, compared to others like Prime. BKNG great company, great business but I could advertize along any travel site and take business- it will get more competitive as time goes by. Tencent, don't know the business but Chinese ADR - what do you really own? Yahoo sued BABA and the Chinese courts said to them you don't really own any shares and stopped the trial. They owned receipts. MCD not cheap prices anymore. Hard to go backwards to fix this. PEP is pricy items to eat. Hard to fix. I bought CPB at 20, when we are all in the poor house all we will be able to eat is soup. lol.

Money is following infra not just AI , there are lot of good AI company which have bare min return in last 1-2 years . META ,BABA,SPACEX etc. any new AI company coming to IPO will have same story . Most S&P500 valuation are coming from semiconductor and network infra .

Yes but you need to look at why the share price declined. Is it due to political reasons or just the market responding to fundamentals/challenges?
RDDT stock is also down a lot despite amazing financials and moat. Google was down a lot 18 months ago due to AI fears and Meta the same until last month. You really need to analyse why it’s gone down before blaming it on the political system. You could be right of course but need to do the analysis.
I have over $100k in BABA and Tencent both down around 15% (haven’t checked recently exact amount so could be closer to 20%).
These are buy and hold companies for me. They are the only tech conglomerates comparable with the Mag.
They have invested across the Chinese AI ecosystem and China is not far behind US in AI (and maybe ahead in implementation and open source) and is worlds second largest economy. I want some exposure there and especially to their innovative and massive tech and AI sectors.

I had the same experience with Chinese stock. I bought Tencent many years ago and sold it watching it do nothing for a few years. BABA has dropped about 50% and has stayed there for almost 4-5 years. Not touching Chinese stock is a good lesson to learn early on.

Thanks. BABA is in the sample at 13.6x on 37% growth. Margins are low at 7% so it's a harder comp to match against a US peer. The discount is there but it's messier to isolate from fundamentals
