Ask for a formal final response/deadlock letter, then escalate to the ombudsman or regulator responsible for that contracting entity; the correct body depends on which Revolut company actually serves the account. For future transfers, send a small test over the exact asset and network before the full amount, then do not make the exchange or fintech app the storage layer.
