DDWM uses a dynamic hedging strategy and I think it's one of WisdomTree's best ETFs.
In addition to your Pacer ETFs, you didn't include GCOW. It pretty much blends all 3 and only includes 24% US right now, I think it's pretty compelling if you don't want to think about swapping ETFs around to balance how which markets are weighted.
As an aside, I hold 3 international ETFs to get a mixture of exposures. DDWM, IVLU, and APIE. Not a huge portion of my portfolio, I'm still very US weighted, but have definitely adding a good counterbalance.
