Calling out hidden profiles is only done to harass the person. You can't even debate or have a discussion with them. You try and stalk their profile and when you can't see anything, you cry like a baby over it. You add NOTHING to the convo, just paint a target on others.

You can check ValuCare—they offer individual plans (I used to have them via my company then got it on my own as well when I left). I’m on the semi-private plan, around ₱11k/year. Fun fact--room type also serves as a pricing tier>more private/upgraded rooms have a higher baseline.
Coverage is on the lower side (₱50k), but it includes APE and consultations. Dental (annual prophylaxis) is included too, though approvals can be a hassle (you can't get LOA in advance, you have to be in a clinic and hope someone from VC answers when the clinic calls).
In my experience, consults are easy to get LOA for online. I’ve used it for a minor procedure (<₱3k) with no issues, but haven’t tried it yet for major cases like surgery.
