After every bomb there will be explanations like this. SBI AMC was trading at premium. Oversubscribed. I had quoted LIC during SBI AMC.

These people are morons across the board and every platform. X, reddit, Facebook , stocktwits I have Armored Investor stalking me from webull literally looking up post and comments from different topics and posting them on webull. It's downright weird as fuck the lengths these losers will go through to defend AMC. Lol. Me on the other hand I think I'm gonna give this garbage stock until earnings to ATLEAST hit +3 and if not I will accept a 10k loss and be done with this mess. It's time.

I wonder how he can reconcile the fact that we also picked BBBY and AMC, and WOLF, and BYND, etc.
Does that mean those stocks are just as MOASS-y as GME?  I mean, why else would we pick GME after all if not to stop MOASS, and so why else would we pick AMC???

AMC takes little to no risk being a distributor, the ones who produce the movie take on most of the risk

AMC at $2.58 would imply you bought at over $5. AMC hasn’t been $5 since July 2024. So you’ve held on to a failing meme stock for more than two full years.
Meanwhile, since July 12, 2024 (when the stock was last at 5.20)… SPMO is up +61%
You would’ve already clawed back most of what you lost, just by exiting your -50% position and taking the cash and putting it to work.
Every dollar wasted in meme stocks and crypto is a dollar not compounding. Cut your losses.

AMC is tiny now and they have a lot of years of dilution and debt for equity swaps coming yet

You're 22 with 17k cash and you're down 50% on AMC, Shiba, and Doge. That's not investing, that's gambling with a brokerage account. The good news is you learned this lesson at 22 with 7k, not at 45 with 200k. Cash out the meme garbage, keep maybe 5k as an emergency fund in a HYSA, and dump the rest into VOO or a target date fund. Stop chasing momentum and start reading actual financial statements before you buy anything. Worth cross-checking your picks with independent analysis on sites like the trademates app or similar screeners before you commit. The S&P 500 average return is boring as hell, but it beats being down 50% on a failing movie theater chain.

Things are moving in the right direction. AMC leadership is definitely being proactive and pursuing more income streams. Love it. Keep those hands diamond Apes 💎 🙌

Hey! I invest in mutual funds through kuvera, and i have linked two bank accounts, say - ABC, and XYZ. And one of the mutual fund AMC shows only one bank account linked ABC- which is fine, and i am assuming other funds will also be linked to ABC (yet to be checked). Now I am thinking of changing the home branch of XYZ to near my home and then make XYZ primary bank account on all these mutual funds. Will this be an issue later on in case i have to redeem the units or in my absence the beneficiary has to redeem them or transfer them?

I heard he lost his ability to practice law, gives bad advice charging people and the claims he is is real estate. I also heard he called the SEC for AMC corruption lol. If anything he is more corrupt.

Open a HYSA and keep an emergency fund in there
Put the rest in S&P
I wont te you to sell AMC and GME but I would take a closer look
But I will tell you to sell that Shiba and Doge and by S&P with it
Also, is this a joke post?

Big fan of S&P (and broad market index funds in general)!
On the other hand, not a big fan of AMC, GME, Shiba and Doge (and meme stocks and crypto in general)

[Prior to 1948](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._Paramount_Pictures,_Inc), film studios were allowed to own their own theatre chains, and exclusively screen their films in those chains. A Supreme Court antitrust decision broke that vertical monopoly, and created the 20th century film landscape we understand now, wherein film studios and production companies make movies and then sell them to independent distributors.
But, after some earlier pushes from Reagan to drop enforcement of the decree, the first Trump administration announced they were reviewing the decision entirely and got the whole thing struck down by 2020 (essentially arguing that due to streaming exclusives i.e. Netflix and Disney films only appearing on Netflix and Disney+ respectively, and so on) that there was no reason to keep the decree intact.
People with brains pointed out that this could lead to exactly the same kind of vertical integration that used to exist—it's not hard to imagine AMC's debt-riddled ass getting purchased for a song by David Ellison's Paramount hydra and *suddenly* it's really hard to get a Disney movie in your local AMC, or any independent movies at all.
