I want to start by thanking you all for the support my initial post received on another sub. I am grateful for the kindness and the helpful suggestions. In this update I focused on implementing linked sources into the descriptions of the data points. Someone in the comments suggested I take a look at some media companies, and I decided to look at Investor's Place. In short I found some interesting things.
**TL;DR Investors Place is owned by Marketwise (which owns a bunch of shitty financial product blogs) which is heavily invested in (The ownership is over 100% of the shares outstanding) by some convicted scam artists and Monument and Cathedral Holdings which is owned by Myles Norin. Myles is CEO of The Agora Companies which are notorious for spreading disinformation about health products, scamming people with false information and allegedly has ties with Russian scammers ( I don't know if I can prove that... yet).**
[The Map](https://embed.kumu.io/015de2228e4ded79ded4adf3b811e939)
Investor's Place is owned by MarketWise. A digital services company that has many subsidiaries. Here is a screen cap of the ownership percentages.
Monument & Cathedral Holdings LLC holds over 76% of the shares. [Link to Fintel Info](https://fintel.io/so/us/mktw). Interestingly, Frank Stansberry owns 64% and Mark Patrick Arnold owns 28%. Later on, I get into how MarketWise has Class A shares and Class B shares that are technically worthless but can be redeemed for the cash value of Class A shares. The thing I don't understand is how they have more ownership % than total outstanding shares. I didn't think that was possible, and unless I'm misunderstanding, which I may be, seems shady as fuck. Mark Patrick Arnold is listed as the CEO of MarketWise.
The Voted Directors of MarketWise For 2024.
Here is a list of subsidiaries filed with the SEC for Marketwise. [MarketWise Subsidiaries](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1805651/000162828021014543/super8-kxexhibit211.htm)
If we reference the owners of Marketwise you may notice Monument and Cathedral Holdings. This was a very interesting dive that took me 8 hours to become satisfied with. [The Maryland Gov Information on M & C](https://egov.maryland.gov/BusinessExpress/EntitySearch/Business). Founded in 1987 originally as Agora Inc according to the Maryland Gov. Here is the summarized Wikipedia entry information for it Agora was founded by [Bill Bonner](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Bonner_(author)) in 1978. Agora began with one flagship publication in 1979, International Living. Throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, Agora expanded to include publishing subsidiaries, real estate holdings, and restaurants. As of 2015, Agora's publications claimed to have around one million readers throughout the world.
In 2016 the company, previously Agora, Inc., was reintroduced as The Agora. It represents a private network for businesses that publish financial, heath, travel research, and analysis as well as special interest books and newsletters.
The company has a lengthy history of spamming. It has created pseudo companies and operates out of Russia, utilizing Namecheap and Salesforce for massive email campaigns directed at individuals who have often had their email addresses purchased or scraped. The email is so relentless that victims have been forced to abandon email addresses entirely. Requests to desist go unanswered and the company continues its spam campaigns under many names.
Myles Norin has been pretty cheeky with the company as the CEO. They are parent company to a bunch of sketchy businesses that are publishing companies The oldest info I can find is a mention in a 1995 New York Times article about health letters. Agora was then changed to the Monument & Cathedral, presumably to distance itself from some of the negatives attached to the name. Here are some examples. [Agora Issues](https://truthinadvertising.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/6_16_21-ltr-to-FTC-re-Agora-Order-Violations_Redacted.pdf).

So they have been pulling shady shit, and then changed their name to Monument and Cathedral Holdings after their legal issues. Then they absorbed a bunch of shitty publications and rebranded as "The Agora" Now bear with me because things get confusing. Here is how I managed to dig deeper into Monument and Cathedral. I searched for it and got an interesting hit on the Sunbiz website. It is for registering LLCs within Florida. It appeared as the Registered Agent for a little company called Nimble Holdings. [Sunbiz Link](https://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResultDetail?inquirytype=EntityName&directionType=Initial&searchNameOrder=WEALTHINSTITUTEHOLDINGS%20L140001597381&aggregateId=flal-l14000159738-1b394c1f-7f56-40f9-bbd8-40cfa3aeb504&searchTerm=wealth%20institute%20holdings&listNameOrder=WEALTHINSTITUTEHOLDINGS%20L140001597381)
Now the following will be copy pasted from the data point of Wealth institute Holdings from The Superstonk Financial Web of Crime.
Nimble Holdings was founded in 2014 with the registered agent Erika Nolan at 55 NE 5th AVE ST 200 in Delray Beach Florida. The authorized manager was Matt Turner within the Agora Building in Baltimore. \[1\] In 2015, the Registered Agent became Rachel Koenig. \[2\] In 2017 the Registered Agent became Amanda Feero. \[3\]
In 2017 the name was also changed to Wealth Institute Holdings. Giovanna Koo became the new Registered Agent This was also the year that Matt Turner was removed as authorized manager. The manager became Monument & Cathedral Holdings. INC. The listed manager address was moved from 17 W MT Vernon PL In Baltimore to 14 W MT Vernon PL in Baltimore. \[4\] The street address belongs to a 7th Day Adventist church. The church was demolished sometime after June 2015 and the area was put up for sale by Ayal Horowitz run Helm Equities and ASG Equities run by the Gindi Family \[5\], \[6\].
In 2018 - 2021 The current Registered Agent, Giovanna Koo was still operating from the address of the demolished church that was no longer there. Concerningly, on the signature line where the Registered Agent is supposed to sign, it is signed as "Amanda Feero" for these years. The "I hereby certify that the information indicated on this report or supplemental report is true and accurate and that my electronic signature shall have the same legal effect as if made under oath; that I am a managing member or manager of the limited liability company or the receiver or trustee empowered to execute this report as required by Chapter 605, Florida Statutes; and that my name appears above, or on an attachment with all other like empowered." line is signed by "Mark Ford" in 2018 and he is labeled as Authorized Member, and he has never been signed on as having manager rights in any previous filing. "Monument & Cathedral Holdings INC signed as manager between 2019 and 2021 and again in 2023-2024. In 2022, Robert Compton signed as CFO even though no previous filings have appointed him power to do so. Interestingly, Robert Compton served as CFO for The Agora, according to his LinkedIn.\[7\] - \[13\]
Searching for Giovanna Koo on the Florida list of Registered Agents shows that they are the Registered Agent for 14 Entities \[14\]. The same demolished church address appears on several other filings.

The only Giovanna Koo on LinkedIn has worked at Palimi since 2005 and also links Mark's blog on her page.
These businesses all have ties to Mark Ford, and he mentions several by name in his blog. He also mentions a FunLimon educational charity in Limon 1, Nicaragua. \[15\] According to The Agora Wikipedia page, they have a non-profit Health Clinic in Limon 1, Nicaragua \[16\]. (I think Mark Ford is worth diving into, because I wouldn't be surprised if he is doing shady shit with these companies as I found connections between him and a shady Florida lawyer who was allegedly scamming funds from the widow of an Afghani politician. For the purpose of this post though, it just got me on the track of Monument and Cathedral Holdings.)

Here are some summarized points from Frank's wikipedia page [His Wiki](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porter_Stansberry)

**TL;DR Investors Place** (Which constantly slanders Gamestop) **is owned by Marketwise (which owns a bunch of shitty financial product blogs) which is heavily invested in (The ownership is over 100% of the shares outstanding) by some convicted scam artists and Monument and Cathedral Holdings which is owned by Myles Norin. Myles is CEO of The Agora Companies which are notorious for spreading disinformation about health products, scamming people with false information and allegedly has ties with Russian scammers ( I don't know if I can prove that... yet)**
