Lots of reasons.
For one why would OpenAI sell? They probably think they're going to be worth Trillions, why sell before then? If you think "because their stock is worthless until they turn it into cash" then you need to go watch some videos on how being rich works now. Basically if you're only rich on paper because stonks, you just get a big fat loan from a bank and suddenly you're rich off paper too!
Second, Zuck is more than arrogant enough to think he can just build his own AI. Honestly? It probably isn't even that hard - IF you have Meta levels of engineering talent and troves of data. He probably could make a decent go of it and it would cost him WAY less than acquiring OpenAI would. Yes a homegrown solution might not lead the pack but you can be sure over the next 5-10 years you will see a lot of rapid jockeying for position in terms of AI efficacy before the dust settles. Why bet on the horse that might wind up in last place?
Also, while it's flashy to say you have the best model around and that might pump up your IPO price, the reality is that functional beats flashy. Zuck doesn't need the BEST, he just needs an AI that *works* for whatever he does with it. Tech history is full of technologically superior solutions that were beaten by good old fashioned market forces (VHS vs Beta, etc). 90% as good as OpenAI for 5 Billion in house, wholly owned by you may be a better investment than paying 95B for that last 10%...

Well the traditional income limit is WAY lower than Roth, so many middle income people's only option is Roth (or backdoor Roth).

Market still very close to ATH. This bitch got a LONG WAY DOWN to go.

The parking lot at this one actually had more open spaces than usual today.
The milk was just over $4, its a whole dollar cheaper at aldi and lidl.
The eggs were more expensive than aldi and lidl as well! Shoprite had their own eggs for a way better price.
We bought way less stuff than usual.
Oh and the bread at costco, what the fuck is going on there. WAY higher prices. One brand in particular, the italian brand white bread thats in a 2 pack. It used to be like $4 or $5 for the 2 pack. Today it was like \~$8.70!
